  • What is the beecrowd Referral Program?

    The  beecrowd Referral Program  is a great way for you to recommend friends and family to join the beecrowd community and apply for incredible job opportunities. For each successful referral, you and your referral will receive a cash reward.

  • Who can be referred?

    You can refer mid-level to senior talent with professional experience who possess the skills listed on our website's job opportunities pages and who do not have an account on the beecrowd platform.

  • What happens if I refer someone who already has a beecrowd account?

    If you refer someone who already has an account on the beecrowd platform, the referral will not be considered and neither you nor your referral will receive the reward.

  • How to refer someone:

    1. Access the referral section in your profile on the beecrowd platform.

    2. Enter your friend or family member's email address and click on "Send Invitation".

    3. beecrowd will send an email to your invitee with a link to register on the platform.

    4. Ask your referral to register on the beecrowd platform using the link from the beecrowd email and complete the required information in their user profile.

  • How can I know if my referral has registered?

    You can track all your referrals through the referral dashboard on your user profile. There you will know who of your referrals have already registered on the platform and at what date/time.

  • When will I receive the reward?

    You will receive the reward in cash or through a Gift Card when your referral:

    • Registers on the beecrowd platform using the link from the beecrowd email within 30 days of the date you referred them;

    • Gets recruited or starts their first placement (within 12 months of your referral date) and works with the client for at least 30 days.

  • What is the reward amount?

    Once the conditions established in the Referral Policy are met, you will receive the values listed in our referral policy, which can be found on our website, here:  https://beecrowd.com/referral-program/.  In some cases, beecrowd may choose to pay the reward through Gift Cards.

  • When I made the referral, the amount listed in the policy was different from the current amount. What amount will I receive?

    The referral amount to be paid will be the one listed in the Referral Policy at the time of the Professional's allocation.

  • How many referrals can I make?

    You can refer as many people as you like, even if there are no open positions at the moment. Your referral will be able to apply for any open position on the platform and, if hired within 12 months of registering, you will receive the reward.

  • What should I do if I have more questions?

    If you have any further questions about the beecrowd Referral Program, please contact beecrowd through the platform's contact/feedback form.

  • Other important information:

    • The program is valid for referrals of external candidates (who are not yet registered on the beecrowd platform);

    • If someone has already been invited by someone else's link, they will not be able to be linked to you as your referral;

    • If a candidate, referred by one or more people, registers on the platform WITHOUT using the beecrowd email link, they will not be linked to anyone and no one will receive a referral in this case;

    • beecrowd reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the program at any time;

    • By participating in the program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the beecrowd Referral Program.
